Aussie junior Peak Resources Ltd is close to making a deal to acquire an advanced gold property in the Lake Victoria Goldfleld of Tanzania. The company is currently in discussions and expects to make an announcement to the market shortly. While details are yet to be released, Peak executive chairman Mark Maine said the gold play represented a potential 18-24 month timeline to a decision to mine for the junior.
