New listing raises exposure for Medusa Mining

West Australian-based junior Medusa Mining Ltd is looking to London's Alternative Investment Market to help it further fund the development of what is looking to be one of south east Asia's most exciting emerging gold plays. Medusa had already announced it would be merging with its Philippine joint venture partner Philsaga Mining Corporation when, during mid-April, it told the ASX it was also looking to list on AIM some time in the second half of 2006 - partly to "provide accessibility to European investors who have expressed interest in supporting (the company) to achieve its corporate objectives".
