Aussie project pipeline being depleted

The Australian presence of Canadian miner Teck Resources Ltd has continued to dwindle as it puts another of its exploration assets up for grabs. Earlier this year the company decided it didn't want to proceed with the development of the much anticipated Carrapateena iron oxide-copper-gold deposit in South Australia, opting instead to put it on the market. Teck has now entered a deal with UXA Resources Ltd (formally Exploration Australia), whereby the junior can earn up to 100% of the Mundi Plains zinc discovery in western New South Wales.
