During December Carpentaria Exploration Ltd announced that its regional Broken Hill field work in New South Wales had continued to deliver favourable results. According to the company, recent activities at the Euriowie tenement, which sits just 60 kilometres north of the historic mining centre, had resulted in a new tin discovery in pegmatites that had not been subjected to modern exploration techniques and, importantly, never previously drill tested. The prospect lies within the Euriowie joint venture with Sunrise Minerals Pty Ltd.
