AN INDUSTRY LOBBY group has called on mineral drillers and mining companies to decommission their holes. Speaking during the recent Mineral Drilling Association of Australia (MDAA) technical symposium in the Western Australian coastal city of Busselton, Australian Drilling Industry Association (ADIA) executive Simon Fitzgerald said one of the biggest challenges currently facing the sector was convincing the country's resource houses of the value gained by carrying out such a practice.
