SILVER LAKE RESOURCES Ltd is looking to build on the success of its Mount Monger operations, which have positioned it as one of Australia's lowest cost underground gold producers. Mt Monger comprises the high grade Daisy Milano below surface mine and is located 50 kilometres south east of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The company has delivered four consecutive quarters of growth, with its March quarterly seeing unit costs drop to 488 dollars/ounce from 684 dollars/oz and total costs fall to 659 dollars/oz from 844 dollars/oz.
