Iron ore play attracts some healthy interest

APOLLO MINERALS LTD has turned to the Chinese as it searches for a strategic investor to help advance its Mt Oscar project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The WA-based junior recently signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Sinom Holdings Company Ltd which contemplated that Sinom - one of China's top iron ore importers and chartering service providers for the steel industry - would assist Apollo in the sale and marketing of its product as well as assist in engaging with a strategic Chinese investor to create a long term business relationship.
