Momentum gathering at Mount Monger

In late July WA-based Silver Lake Resources Ltd significantly advanced its Mount Monger project in the state's Eastern Goldfields when it not only started the region's latest mine, but was able to tell the market that drilling carried out earlier this year had discovered further mouth watering mineralisation at two new target areas within the company's holdings. Silver Lake - which listed in November 2007 with the intention of redeveloping the historic mining district - quickly became a bona fide producer via its high grade Daisy Milano underground operation when it poured its first gold on April 30 last year.
