HENNING VOLZKE IS a man with a mission - and a multi-faceted one at that. As the vice president of Metso Minerals (Australia) Ltd's newly-formed Conveyor and Lining Services, the Western Australian-based Volzke has the task of overseeing the integration of his former company (G&F Beltline Services) into the larger Metso group after the merging of the two outfits during October. In meeting this challenge, he not only has to make sure that the leading resources sector service provider maintains its current level of activities in WA's mining industry during the recently-arrived commodity lull, but he will also be responsible for the organisation's smooth expansion into the Kalgoorlie-Boulder region.
