DELEGATES AT THIS year's Australian Uranium Conference in Fremantle should still be in a reasonably cheerful state of mind when they front up to the popular two day forum. While the uranium spot price may have dropped over the past 12 months, the long term outlook for the energy mineral - via a combination of favourable market fundamentals - has remained strong, with global demand looking set to outstrip supply unless a number of new projects are brought on stream.
