WITH A GOAL of doubling its size by 2010 and reducing costs across its sites, African Rainbow Minerals unveiled its R8 billion exploration commitment across South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo at this year's Mining Indaba. Chief executive Andre Wilkens said the group, a new black controlled company with a market capitalisation touching R20 billion, had been busy in the past 12 months adding ARMGoid and ARMPIatinum to its portfolio.
