Sedgman axes Africa deal

After more than six months Sedgman has terminated its merger agreement with African-focused MDM Engineering. Sedgman said certain condition precedents of the merger agreement agreed to in November were not able to be satisfied by MDM, and have not been waived by Sedgman.
