Kagara sets its sights on lifting zinc and copper output

Kagara Mining Ltd has launched a five year strategy to redefine its discovery and production potential, including a $50 million exploration spend and a plan to push zinc production past the 100,000 tonne mark. The company's current operations, particularly Mt Garnet, Balcooma and Thalanga in Queensland, would be the starting point for resource growth, according to managing director Geoff Day.
