SO ONE CUP of coffee to fight off multiple sclerosis and to help fight the onset of Alzheimer's (but if I'm serious about Alzheimer's I'll also need a cup of green tea infused with fish oil, which will also triple the effect of my antibiotics) and one daily apple to reduce my risks of heart disease, cancer, asthma and type II diabetes while saving the health industry 150 milion dollars per annum. No eggs this morning - well not until the blood test to confirm whether I have diabetes (after all, I don't want to increase my risk of an early death).
