WITH 60 MILLION dollars in the bank, Australian uranium explorer Deep Yellow Ltd is not holding back when it comes to exploration spending across its properties in Namibia. Managing director Dr Leon Pretorius said the group was looking to spend up to 15 million dollars this year on its search efforts. Namibia remains a key focus for the uranium hopeful, with its activities in the country carried out by its wholly-owned subsidiary Reptile Uranium Namibia Pty Ltd. The company has four contiguous exclusive prospecting licences covering 2,681 square kilometres that contain historic discoveries of calcrete, gypcrete and sand hosted secondary uranium mineralisation.
