Welcome additions to SRK team

A LEADING MINING sector consultancy has strengthened its Australasian environmental credentials after some internal staff movements. SRK Consulting's breadth of expertise was accentuated with the appointment of Dave Luppnow as principal tailings engineer based in Perth, who will now lead the national GeoEnvironmental unit. Luppnow has been part of SRK globally for 18 years, having initially been employed in Johannesburg, South Africa. He joins SRK Australasia from the company's Reno office in Nevada, where he has worked extensively on tailings disposal and heap leach design.
