Perkoa start-up now scheduled for late next year as loose ends finalised

WITH A FULL offtake deal imminent for zinc concentrate production at its Perkoa project in Burkina Faso, AIM Resources Ltd is destined to build West Africa's first zinc mine. Production from the new operation is anticipated to commence around the end of next year, and AIM has forecast output rates of about 132,000 tonnes per annum of zinc concentrate for a contained 70,000 tpa of zinc metal over an estimated mine life of 12.5 years.
