Carbon Polymer has satisfied all conditions for the proposed acquisition of all the issued shares of Bluenergy Group following re-quotation of Carbon's shares and completion of due diligence. Bluenergy provides major civil contracting works with several building engineering projects across Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. The company's pipeline of work is in excess of $500 million with recurring revenue and contracts of $80 million to build mining accommodation in Queensland.
