Shortly after fluka Resources Ltd's Eneabba heavy minerals operation in Western Australia came to the end of its long working life, an ASX-listed junior told the market it was serious about looking for more mineral sands 50 kilometres to the north east. During April, Sheffield Resources Ltd started drilling at its Yandanooka play with the aim of confirming some results from historical field work which outlined a zone of heavy mineral-bearing sand about 4 km long by 600 metres-l,000m wide and between 4-20m thick.
