A proposed new float is looking to Canada to find a hardrock deposit in the Klondike Goldfield in the Yukon Territory. Klondike Source Ltd is looking to raise 2 million dollars with oversubscriptions of 1 million dollars and list on the Newcastle Stock Exchange following the issue of 20 million 10 cent shares. WHI Securities Pry Ltd has been nominated the sponsoring broker. The board of directors will comprise Patrick Elliott (non executive chairman), Raymond Soper (non executive director), Colin Thomas (executive director -- technical), Robert Adamson (chief executive) and Robert Waring (company secretary). The Klondike was the scene of the famous Klondike gold rush of 1896-1900, the third of the great 19th century gold booms after California and Victoria.
