摘要

Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) in-situ experiments are performed in the chamber of the scanning electron microscope whereby data are collected dynamically as the experiment progresses. The dynamic experiments are generally heating or tensile, and so a dedicated stage is required to work in conjunction with the EBSD system.
