Already hit by falling iron ore prices that make many development proposals marginal, iron ore producers in the Mid-West and the Yilgarn provinces have been dealt major blows with the long-delayed Oakajee port and rail project apparently shelved, and Jupiter Mines saying it may no longer participate in the expansion of the Esperance port at this stage.
