When Norman Moore reassumed his role as Western Australia's mining minister in 2008, he had a number of goals he wanted to reach, with a major one being the unblocking of the approvals process for licence and tenement applications. Now, as the Colin Barnett-led Coalition Government passes through the second half of its first term, Moore appears satisfied that his department has made significant progress in this regard.
