Market sees a clouded view on mine nationalisation in RSA

There is one debate which will not go away for the South African Government and that is the question of the nationalisation of that country's mining industry. It is not a new debate, which has its roots in the ruling party's Freedom Charter. It dates back more than a half a century to when an alliance of political groupings, including the ruling African National Congress (ANC), put together a document of core principles which should underpin a free and democratic South Africa.
