Perth domiciled explorer Eagle Eye Metals Ltd has managed to strike a deal that will see it move into the third largest gold producing country in Africa. During early March, Eagle Eye confirmed it had entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire 100% of the shares in the unlisted Birimian Gold Ltd, with the Western Australian outfit offering three shares for each one of Birimian's.
