Mention the name Peter Buck and most people think of LionOre Mining International Ltd. But these days the veteran rock kicker is behind the transformation of Breakaway Resources Ltd, which is looking to breathe new life into LionOre's nickel exploration assets in Western Australia. The proposed acquisition and capital consolidation will be voted on by Breakaway shareholders this month. The company also plans to undertake a dollors20 million capital raising managed by international investment group Royal Bank of Canada.
