As a youngster I remember a group coming to my house to promote the sale of their religion but when I raised the issues of evolution and anthropology the cold response was that neither were "true science" - the Old Testament was the guide. Today we are hearing that the science is proven on global warming, on the need to place carbon dioxide in the same league as nasty carbon monoxide and that anthopogenic warming is proven.
