Toronto Venture Exchange-listed Nautilus Minerals Incorporated JL is looking to begin drilling - for mine planning purposes - its Solwara 1 gold and base metal prospect off the coast of Papua New Guinea within the next six months. Exploration work already undertaken earlier this year by (then) joint venture partner Placer Dome Incorporated returned a best intercept of (with a recovery rate of 58 percent from "surface") 11.6 metres at 9.1 grams tonne gold, 13.1 percent copper, 14 g/t silver and 78 parts per million molybdenum.
