MAJOR TIN PROJECT FINDS NEW OWNER

Perth-based Stratos Resources has agreed to acquire a 60% interest in the Yinchen tin project on Belitung Island, Indonesia.Stratos is conducting due diligence on the project that has historically produced as much as 2% of annual global tin production. The island gave birth to Billiton, now part of BHP Billiton, and has been a site for tin mining since the 1800s.
