I have lost count of the number of times a client has called asking: "Do we need to disclose this? If so, when?" The Australian Securities Exchnage's continuous disclosure regime is central to market integrity, maintaining even playing field for all investors. But despite their importance, the continuous disclosure rules are arguably ASX's most contentious, and difficult to interpret.
