摘要

Two mixers using a "surface-volume" hybrid integration approach and a "surface" integration approach are designed and fabricated. Their performances are compared with different measurement methods. Experiment results show that this so-called surface-volume hybrid integration approach demonstrates advantages when compared with a monotonous integration approach under certain circumstances.
