摘要

The diffuse multipath component is studied in land mobile satellite (LMS) built-up propagation scenarios. The method of physical optics (PO) was implemented to model scattering from rough building facades. The results in terms of received power time-series are used to obtain the average multipath power level relative to free space for several roughness levels and various elevations and azimuths toward the transmitter.
