摘要

A compact ultra-wideband (UWB) band-pass filter (BPF) with dual narrow notch-bands based on a dual-mode stepped impedance resonator (SIR) is presented. The proposed UWB filter employed broadside-coupled microstrip ring-coplanar waveguide structure. Two notch bands are obtained by introducing one coupled dual-mode SIR with metalized via hole to ground. Theoretical and simulated results are presented, which are in good agreement with the measured results.
