摘要

This article describes a complete low cost radiating structure, combining a stacked wire-patch GSM antenna, with an active GPS printed element located in a cavity realized in the upper plate of the GSM radiating element. GPS active amplifier and filter are located under the ground plane of GPS antenna and receive the DC bias voltage trough the GPS coaxial probe feed. The GSM antenna is a low profile, large bandwidth antenna, having a dipolar radiation pattern. An isolation system is integrated in the structure to avoid small ground plane problems. This structure, totally protected by a low cost dielectric radome is very suitable for automobile applications needing a very small ground plane.
