摘要

The effect of pH on inactivation of the extracellular proteinase from Pseudomonas fluorescens 22F at 35-70deg C was studied. At 50deg C the proteinase was most stable at pH 6 and 10, and least stable at pH 8. Between pH 6 and 10, inactivation was probablycaused by autoproteolysis. The denaturation temperature was dependent on pH. The proteinase was more stable at pH 5.8 than at pH 7.0, 7.5 and 9.6.
