Abdulla El-Badri,secretary general of OPEC,stated in early February that his cartel would cut crude oil production further in March if the oil market remained unbalanced.Crude prices,which at the time were hovering just above the 40(U.S.)per barrel mark,left LPG prices,which normally move in tandem with crude,well out in front.
