Panasonic (2 Panasonic Way, Secaucus, NJ 07094; Tel: 201/348-5200) has two new high-per-formance 3-chip DLP projectors suitable for a wide variety of large-venue applications, and which are significantly smaller and lighter than competing products. DLP is the well known, popular MEMS-based technology that uses tiny micromirrors to yield colorful and bright displays.
