The n-body problems are of fundamental importance in both classical mechanics and quantum mechanics, originating in the study of celestial-body motions in the former and in the study of atomic and molecular physics in the latter. For examples, the following are some of the important historical events: o Kepler's laws of planets motions, ·Newton's law of universal gravitation,·Solution of two-body problem in celestial mechanics by J. Bernoulli, ·Discovery of radiation that provides tools of probing atomic structure,·Atomic models of Rutherford and N. Bohr,· Quantum mechanics, ·Schrodingcr's equation and the solution of two-body problem in quan tum mechanics, e.g. the hydrogen atom.
