Major freight rates in the Pacific and Atlantic Capesize shipping market continued to decline last week, with Pacific rates retreating for the third consecutive week. Meanwhile, Atlantic Capesize rates also declined modestly over the last week, after reaching highs early this month at levels last seen in April.
