The Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE), reporting on communications with Enterprise Products, notes that the best-case scenario for resumption of service on the TEPPCO pipeline east of Watkins Glen, N.Y. remains several weeks away. In response, the association is advising its marketers to have plans in place in the event the pipeline does not reopen this winter.
