Stocks of lead on the LME continue to fall, with a net 4,725 tonnes leaving warehouses last week, taking stocks to 303,150 tonnes, down from a peak of 388,500 tonnes seen in October last year. Interestingly, last week did see more small parcels leave more warehouses, which may well indicate some consumer restocking now that the summer lull has passed.
