Energy of a short N-H center dot center dot center dot S intramolecular bond in the crystal of (2Z)-2-cyano-2-quinolin-2(1H)-ylideneethanethioamide from X-ray diffraction data

摘要

The energy of a strong intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot S bond [N center dot center dot center dot S 2.9617(5) angstrom] in the crystal of titled compound has been estimated and compared with energies of intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O and O-H center dot center dot center dot N H-bonds.
