There is much attention on LME stock flows now that the summer slowdown is coming and that stainless mills have done most of their restocking. It is too early for the tentative agreement struck between Vale and USW workers a week ago to have impacted on the physical market, but the fact that the end of the year-long strike is in sight should already be having an effect on sentiment.
