LME stocks have started to decline, having recently peaked at 849,175 tonnes, but they retreated last week to 838,700 tonnes, with no landings registered. Outflow meanwhile picked up to average 1,675 tpd, from 695 tpd the week before and an average from the start of the year of 883 tpd.
