The Railroad Commission of Texas(RRC)has presented 13 organizations with 2004 Propane SuperStar Awards.RRC presents its SuperStar Awards each year to businesses,agencies,organizations,and individuals that have found innovative ways to use propane as an environmentally-beneficial fuel.The awards were presented by commissioner Charles R.Matthews at the Texas Propane Gas Association annual convention in San Antonio."Each SuperStar that we honor today is setting an example of the many ways that propane can be used as a beneficial Texas fuel source," said commission chairman Victor G.Carrillo."These award winners are commended for a job well done."
