American Midstream Partners LP, Den- ver, (NYSE: AMID) has priced its initial public offering of 3,750,000 common units representing limited partner in- terests at $21.00 per common unit–the offering totals $78.75 million. The com- mon units are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 27, 2011 under the ticker symbol "AMID."
