American Midstream Partners LP, Den- ver, reported the launch of its initial public offering (IPO) of 3,750,000 com- mon units. The partnership will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to pur- chase up to an additional 562,500 com- mon units to cover over-allotments. The common units have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the symbol "AMID."
