摘要

MT. PLEASANT, Mich.—The majority of the undiscovered oil and gas resources within the U.S. portion of the Michigan Basin are most likely to be found in the Ordovician Trenton/Black River formations in the southern part of Michigan and in northern Indiana and Ohio, according to U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) research geologist Christopher Swezey.
