CHARLESTON,W.Va.and TULSA,Okla.- Less than three months after acquiring the stock of Midway Tristate Corp.,McJunkin Corp.has announced plans to merge with Tulsa,Okla.-based Red Man Pipe & Supply Co.The two major distributors of industrial and oilfield pipe,valve,andfitting(PVF)supplies,announced on July 11,2007,an equal merger that will create the McJunkin Red Man Corp.,to be co-headquartered in Charleston and Tulsa.
