MT.PLEASANT,Mich.- Michigan oil and gas drilling activity through the first three quarters of 2006 was down by just over 11 percent when compared to the same period of 2006,with 360 drilling completions recorded between Jan.1 and Sept.30,2007,according to a preliminary tally of activity conducted this week by Michigan Oil & Gas News (MOGN).
